 Returns and Refunds
Contact our customer service team at sales@ami-proline.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.  You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [10] business days.
